How would I make a Prismatic joint that is controlled physically via the rotation of a crank?

I’m trying to make a physical milling machine, but I can’t figure out how to allow the rotating cranks to move the bed in a physical way a la mechanical movement no. 103 so that there’s backlash to aid in the use of the tool. I’ve made a quick version that doesn’t fit my specific purposes as an example of what movement I’m trying to achieve.
