Hello I am trying to make a shine effect on a rocket.

But I cant find any ways to make an effect like this.

Also I already know the ins and outs of billboard guis so you don’t really need to explain that part to me.
you could use an image of a shine effect like image number two. You could also use a neon part which would give you somewhat of a shine effect. if you use both methods i think it would look convincing
The problem with this is that I cant find any effects or any way to make them with the tools I have. Also I have tried the neon part but It doesn’t give off the same vibe.
look up “lens flare” in the tool box?? i believe that is the type of “shine” you are looking for.
