How would I make a system with team ranks with a xp system included

Alright so, I want to have a system like different ranks on certain teams which you need a certain amount of XP to get, for example:
SWAT

  • Operative (100 xp)
  • Leader (500 xp)

This is only a example, but I want it to be for multiple teams, and that it’s saves automatically.
