I really hope this doesn’t come across as bit stupid to ask 
The image below is what I want to replicate on ROBLOX. Where do I begin? I am gradually taking steps to ROBLOX Developing, I first began by builiding - so as again , I hope this doesn’t come across as a stupid ask.
blender and import it
On Roblox, you can make a simplified version of that with solid modeling.
But it is recommended that you use Blender
You should probably try to make this on blender but if you want to make it on Roblox, you should import this image into Roblox on a decal that’s on a part and copy it with parts.
Also remember, there’s no stupid questions!

U need meshes for that. U could build it with parts bu u must be advanced builder
These type of things are pretty simple to recreate in Blender, there are plenty of videos on how to create it.
Once created you can export it and import your .obj file to a MeshPart instance on ROBLOX Studio.
Making this on ROBLOX would be pretty hard and wouldn’t look as nice as making it on Blender.
