How would I make this wheelchair into a vehicle?

I basically need the wheelchair to move using a motor or vehicle seat. I’ve never been great with constraints, or scripting, so if anyone knows how I could it, that would be great!

So far I’ve tried using a seat and welding the parts, but it just tips over backwards and doesn’t move.
