How would I recreate this ability from a show called One Piece

I had an idea to recreate an ability move from a popular character from a show called One Piece. There a character name Blackbeard with this certain ability to make where he stands into a blackhole causing others to sink. I wanted to have black flames spreading away from the character using TweenService but when I tried using this method, the particles would just spread out on the part.

What I have with the particles rates turned up so high:

I also have tried cloning the part/Particles but all it brought me was Lag, lots of it plus half of the particles wouldn’t load unless you were directly standing on it. Wouldn’t load even next to it

If you are not getting help in the scripting support section, you can edit the title and change it to #help-and-feedback:building-support. Maybe there you can have some ideas.

Use tween service to size the part instead of the particles.
