How would I script these legs to function?

How would I go on scripting those legs? There are alot of different parts of the legs
I see other AIs their legs are one part but mines alot

It’d be as simple as scripting a regular AI, and just making new animations for each action using the body parts you made for the model.

But I have alot of parts like the toes feet etc
regular AIs they are all just one part

You can animate as many parts as you’d want using things like Moon Suite, so the number of parts you have really doesn’t matter; though more parts does mean it will take longer to animate.
