How would roblox load textures in this instance?

Firstly Id like to say that I have fairly recently started texturing assets in large quantities for Roblox, I have limited knowledge of how Roblox specifically handles textures. Please explain as If I am a complete beginner to texturing.

Question 1: If I import 2 meshes from 2 fbx files, both using the same image (texture atlas). Would Roblox load the texture atlas twice as If they are separate?.

Question 2: After importing two or more meshes - I copy and paste the texture ID from one to the other, would that work on many assets and load the texture as if it was applied in one fbx file?. Or would I have to import all the assets I use into one fbx file and upload it into roblox as one large file with many separate objects?
