Hello, I would like to know how someone could create a game like Combat Warriors. That has the swords and levels and stuff. What would the workspace be behind the scenes in Roblox Studio? Hundreds of scripts? Or a organized folder with Module scripts.

Obviously you want to be organized, always. I doubt anybody here will give you scripts or models for your game, so learn scripting and script the things. Start small tho…
You need to model swords, model characters, GUI, scripts, animations etc.
