How would you cap the topspeed of A-Chassis

Hello, I have tried to figure out how you would change the top speed of an a-chassis vehicle, but It didn’t work. Does someone know in which script and how you would change it?

Change the Tune.FinalDrive value:

+Value (lower top speed)
-Value (Higher top speed)
