How would you go about drawing this person avatar? (Seeing as its pure white)?

It already looks really good, the only thing that looks a little strange is the hood, I feel like it shouldn’t be sticking out so far on the left side.
The wings look nice.
Also I’m sure you did it on purpose, but the clothes don’t match
