I have been browsing the Forums and web for a little while now and hardly find any explanation on how you would go on and program a weapon framework that works with directly imported meshes and animations instead of Roblox’s typical R6 or R15 view models.
I work on a daily basis with animation for weapons and characters and love to showcase my creations as working games in Roblox, not so much a game to pew pew other players but more to showcase weapons and have a little area to shoot in.
Now the area and all the things around that are no issue but the real issue is figuring out how to properly scale down imported meshes(which I know how to do just not properly same goes for the animation) and script them to be used in Roblox without having huge floating arms or character models around your place.
I hope people through the Forums are able to help me workout a way in which I can get these things programmed and working.
