How's my first blender model?

How is my first module in blender? It is meant to be a coin for my game: King of the Hill when I finish a major update.

Whoops, the mesh has 22k triangles, which is over the 10k limit. How do I compress this?

I’ve never uploaded anything from blender, but I’ve seen others talking about uploading things in parts. Maybe do a bit of searching for some info.

You can decimate it, which would reduce the triangles but also quality.

Another alternative is to separate it into more items.

Looks pretty good, maybe add a square opening in the middle to give it a bit more detail.

Try to use edge split modifier.

22k is A LOT, for a simple shape such as this. I suggest making it more low-poly (it will be small enough players won’t notice it). Clear all the verts from the inside as well.

Other than that, great job

You can reduce the triangles alot with it.

Looks nice and clean, keep up the good work!

I could tell from first glance it has way too many triangles, try making it with less and shade smooth.

Those are the modifiers I am using.

Edge split and Subdivision is there to make the coin more smooth.

Here is what it looks without those modifiers:

FIXED!

The change is un-noticable!

Imported it into studio and it should be good enough for now

I will add texture later, but for now it should work
