Since old tvs have screens that pop out, maybe try giving that effect for your icon.

its really cool!! but the warped text makes it look uncentered and is really bugging me

yeah a curved glass kind of look would be great (fish-eye type) and maybe make the colors just be the background because it can create the effect of the broken tv
This game icon is great! Nice job on it! I rate it 9/10! I’d say make it a bit less dark though with the shadows. Other than that, it’s good! What game will it be used for?
The icon is good but not particularly eye-catching to me, I think I would find it quite easy to gloss over - just something to consider
