Hello,
I work at one of Roblox’s educational partners, and we’re looking for a couple of talented animators to help us out.
Who we are
We’re a group of people who have been running educational experiences within games for half a decade. Over the last year, we have been working on a brand new, extensive educational platform that teaches people how to make great Roblox Games. This has been a pretty secret endeavour, although we have been showcasing some aspects of this project - codenamed Project+ - across numerous community Discords. Our goal is to help teach the next generation of Roblox Developers make fantastic games that can hit the front page. However, to achieve this goal we need some help.
What we’re looking for
To back up our educational concepts, we include animations as examples, as well as story, throughout our videos. This looks a bit like the gif below.

We’re looking to outsource as much of these animatics as possible, so are looking for people with the following skills:
- Strong animation, with experience in rthro figures
- Dependable work ethic
- Comfortable to sign a contract that secure both parties
In addition to these requirements, it is a bonus if you also possess any of the following:
- An intermediate scripting knowledge
- A strong eye for visual design / layout
With these points in mind, a good candidate can create the required animation sequences, and give them to us. An ideal candidate can create the animations, then script up the required shot in Studio, so that we can just hit Play, and record our screen to get the footage we need. What we’re offering
We’re a proper company, with a proper budget. We’re looking to pay in $USD/£GBP, and can do PayPal or bank transfer. Generally speaking, we’ll provide a full outline document for the project, and then we can negotiate an amount before work starts. This can be done in a way that you normally do, or we can agree on an effective hourly rate, and then calculate a price based upon the amount of time you think a project will take.
You also get to add to your portfolio that you worked for a Roblox educational partner. All our work is very different and fresh as well, with new characters and sets each time.
