Place file works without publishing to a group, and works on the main account.
Tried to reupload the file to the group so animations can be viewed and uploaded for all collaborators.
Expected behavior
Loads the place file without any errors.

- Does this game have TC enabled?
- Is the user in the group that owns the game, or another group that was given TC permissions
- Was that same user able to join this game before?

TC is enabled, both members of the group can edit and have full access / permissions to the game.
Both accounts havenāt playtested the game for the group place. ā have playtested on the same file under an account before.
On our end it looks like TC is not turned on for this place. Can you double check that its on for this place? If it is still not working, we can try enabling TC from our end.
Couldnāt turn TC from my end, as mentioned the place file is locked out from being edited due to the error. Unless thereās an option to turn it on via website?
Can you make sure also that the role given to the user trying to access the place has access to "Create and edit community experiences?
Can confirm user has been given full access to anything experience related, might be a website bug? or a studio bug? but still cannot edit on other accounts.
Hi ash! Iām sorry you have been experiencing this issue. If I am understanding correctly, there are some users in the group who can open the place and others who cannot. Is that correct? If you do not mind, may I request that you provide, in a private message, a userId of a user who has access and a user who does not. We can try to verify their permissions on our end.
Sorry for keeping the wait, but after a recent studio update it appears to no longer have any affects and does not show any errors.
