HttpService:RequestAsync taking long time/failing randomly - curl:18, Transferred a partial file

Reproduction Steps
My experience relies on HttpService:RequestAsync, today at exactly ~10:50AM PST http requests started failing intermediately/randomly in all new RCC instances. I have not made any changes to my experience or the Http host that I am connecting to.

Expected Behavior
HttpService:RequestAsync should connect reliably to the host I provide.

Actual Behavior
HttpService:RequestAsync randomly will fail with “curl:18, Transferred partial file”

This is currently game breaking.

Issue seems to have resolved itself minutes after posting. ( around 3PM PST ) I’m not seeing any servers exhibit this behavior anymore and my Http host is receiving a normal throughput.
