Huge jump in multiple different analytics

As you can see in the screenshots below, multiple different analytics have suddenly increased quite a lot, and so have the benchmarks. This is not normal and it is happening across all of my games.

The issues are with the “Average revenue per paying users” chart and the “Average playtime” chart. It has been occurring for the past few hours (since the most recent day’s data loaded in).

I noticed this across all of my games… not sure what’s been going on with analytics recently. So many unexplained changes

I’m seeing same issue. For example monetization daily revenue is about 2X 3X what I’m seeing in the hourly monetization chart if I total the hours there over the same 24 hour period.

What unexplained changes are you referring to?

I understand that the benchmark changes regularly, but right now it feels unstable. It seems like once you finally reach the required benchmark, it shifts to a new one the next day. This makes it really frustrating when trying to fix stats. Hope that makes sense!

you mean you shift benchmarks from All => Genre => Similarity?

If you provide me a link to your Experience i can also take a look

No, I’m referring to the 50th and 90th percentiles. I’ve noticed they’ve been shifting quite a lot recently. For example, the required session time to hit the 50th percentile jumped from 8.1 minutes to 13.7 minutes, which is a pretty big shift.

The benchmark change for 50 and 90%-ile today is due to the same bug referenced in this posting

Once that is fixed we will recalculate the benchmarks

Otherwise, from what I can tell, the 50 and 90-%iles trends are in the same range for the past 90 days.

Thanks for the clarification and your quick response!

Any updates?

Hey all thanks for the patience.

This is resolved and your benchmarks should go back to normal now! Let us know if you still see issues.
