In “Hugs of Chaos,” you need to master two vital gauges to achieve victory:
- Health Bar: Represents your character’s resistance to cute (but deadly!) attacks. If it reaches zero, you lose one of your lives!

Love Bar: This is your source of power (similar to mana), fueling your common and special attacks. But be careful:

Above 90% Love: When your Love Meter surpasses 90%, your Special Attack is always ready! But be careful: the Love Meter recharges rapidly, and if it reaches 100%, you’ll be overtaken by a Love Explosion, scattering Love Orbs across the battlefield!

Depressed (Below 10%): A lack of love makes your character slow, vulnerable, and sad (requiring recovery or assistance from allies). Any attack, however cute, can overload your heart and eliminate you!

(Love Orbs don’t generate a love explosion with the Love Bar at 100%, but being attacked in this state is deadly) - Love Explosion: But be careful! Too much love can be dangerous! If your Love Meter reaches 100%, you’ll explode in a shower of Love Orbs, scattering them across the battlefield! These orbs can be collected by other players, recharging their Love Meters. A burst of cuteness that can turn the tide of battle… for both your allies and your enemies!
- Control the Love Fonts: Fight for control of the strategically placed Love Fonts scattered across the map! Temporary Fonts give you a quick burst of power, while the Infinite Font grants your team a constant strategic advantage.
