Humanoid breaks when scaling it down

Hey everyone,

I’m currently trying to make small mini-figures for a little office-space I’m making within a commission from someone, and whenever I try to scale a humanoid/character that I load in through a plugin; Upon spawning in, the model breaks as seen in this image.

I have already tried to anchor the character, as well as use a different rig (R6, R15), but nothing worked.

A while ago, I did the same thing with a R6 rig, which worked perfectly fine too.

The plugin I use to load characters: Dogu’s Outfit Loader v5 - Roblox

Model resize: Model Resize Plugin 2.1 [ DRAG TO RESIZE! ] - Roblox

Edit/Addition:

Have you tried anchoring every part inside the model?(and the accessory ones) and have you removed any scripts that can interact with it?

Hi there,

Yeah I have, and after I posted this, I tried to test around with the model again, and found out that the problem was the fact that these models have a Vector3Value property which they call “Original size” in this case.

You can probably already see what happened there.

One thing that I still don’t understand though, is that when I do scale the parts down, the accessories get glitched and appear differently.

I’ve got a solution by @DeclanDude25 in the Pinewood builders discord.

You can avoid the parts from breaking by using the Roblox scaling feature.
