Hyekan is an invigorating boba shop on the Hawaiian Ni’ihau shore. Our mission is to revolutionize the boba industry here on Roblox. We offer a welcoming and accepting community. If you have any questions we recommend contacting a Management Assistant or higher.

🌊 Conduct Code
Clothing
All avatar clothing must be non-disruptive (3D clothing), and appropriate. No bypassed shirts/pants or anything suggestive.
Bypassing
As bypassing Roblox’s chat filter is against the Roblox terms of service, it is not permitted and you will receive major punishment.
Exploiting
As exploiting is majorly against Roblox’s terms of service, you will receive serious punishment if you are caught exploiting within our facilities.
Trolling/Disruptive Behavior
Trolling is not permitted what so ever. You will receive instant punishment if you are caught trolling within our facilities.

🌴 Rank Information
Hyekan Customer
A Customer is someone who has just joined the group recently.
Honorable Customer
An Honorable Customer is a Board of Executives or higher that has resigned from their position.
Awaiting Training
A Awaiting Training is a Customer who has applied, and passed the Awaiting Training Application. They need to attend a training to become an official staff member.
Barista
A Barista is an official staff member that has passed a training session successfully. They are now able to serve customers behind the counter.
Skilled Barista
A Skilled Barista has a smaller amount of understanding of how Hyekan works. To become an Skilled Barista, a Barista needs to be noticed for their hard work, and dedication by an Assistant Manager or higher.
Experienced Barista
A Experienced Barista has a medium amount of understanding of how Hyekan works. To become an Experienced Barista, a Barista needs to be noticed for their hard work, and dedication by an Assistant Manager or higher.
Senior Barista
A Senior Barista has a very large understanding of how Hyekan works. Their next rank is Management Assistant. If they comply with all of the Management Assistant requirements, they are able to be promoted by a Board of Executives of Staffing, or higher.
Management Assistant | Rank Limit: 65
Management Assistant is the first Medium Rank. They are to supervise at the boba shop, attend trainings and assist lower ranking staff.
Supervisor | Rank Limit: 40
Supervisors have the same permissions have the same permissions as a Management Assistant. Only difference is they have more experienced than a Management Assistant.
Assistant Manager | Rank Limit: 25
Assistant Managers have largely different permissions from Supervisors and Management Assistants. Assistant Managers are now able to host training sessions, and promote low ranks at the boba shop.
General Manager | Rank Limit: 15
General Managers are the highest Medium Rank at Hyekan. They have the most experience out of all of the Medium Ranks. They have similar permissions, but they are now able to spectate training sessions.
Board of Executives | Rank Limit: 10
Board of Executives are the first high rank. They are now allowed to join departments, including Staffing, and Relations.
Chief Operating Officer | Rank Limit: 7
Chief Operating Officer is the second high rank. They have slightly more experience than someone on the Board of Executives, besides that: their permissions are the same.
Chief Administrative Officer | Rank Limit: 4
Chief Administrative Officer is the final high rank. They have the most department experience in the department. Chief Administrative Officers have similar permissions to a Chief Operating Officer, but they now have ranking permissions in the group.
Presidential Assistant | Rank Limit: 3
Presidential Assistant is the first Senior Rank. They directly assist the Vice President and President.
Vice President | Rank Limit: 2
The Vice Presidents assist the President in all group operations.
President | Rank Limit: 1
The President of the group oversees all operations.
🌸 Senior Barista Promotion Guide
Some Senior Baristas desire to one day become a Management Assistant. Below, you can find some helpful tips that will help you become a Management Assistant
- Don’t hint, or make it obvious that you desire a promotion to a rank higher than you.
- Don’t change the way you behave when an administrator is in your server.
- Aim for around 30 minutes to an hour of activity in the boba shop daily.
- Don’t mini-mod, or try to supervise.
🐬 Management Assistant Requirements
There are also boxes you need to check before you become a Management Assistant. Make sure you comply with all of them before you attempt to become a Management Assistant.
- You must be 13 years or older.
- You must not have safechat.
- You must be willing to dedicate time to Hyekan.
- You must be a Senior Barista.
- You must be in our communications server.
- Your account must be at least 120 days old.
- You must have a good reputation within the industry, and especially with our affiliates.
