Hyperlink Button Is Nonfunctional In Bug Report Wizard

Reproduction Steps

  1. Enter bug report wizard
  2. Navigate to the text fields that allow for hyperlinks
  3. Select hyperlink button

Browser Information

  • User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/110.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
  • Platform Type: PC
  • Device Type: Computer

Expected Behavior
Hyperlink button should prompt to create a hyperlink either on the highlighted text or new text.

Actual Behavior
Clicking the hyperlink button has no visible functionality.

Workaround
Topic must be manually formatted or edited after creation.

This should be resolved now, we pushed a fix for it last week.
