Hyra | Free Application Centres & Activity Tracking

Adding on to this, lets say they have 550 members already, in total they are making a estimated $5,494.5 a month, and it costs 5,000 to run a month for a full end buissness, but for hyra it would be atleast £2,000 a month, now we’re talking yearly, for 2 years hyra would have made $131,868 and it only costs 120000 every two years to run a website (full end) so all I’m saying is that please be cautious when paying for these online items, as if anything, you should invest in a cheaper alternative, hiring your own developer to make this system, for half the price of a year, or cheaper you owning and having your own data for you, and you dont have to pay more.

also they removed these features from hydra (pretty much everything):

  • feed
  • request time off
  • messages
  • staff page
  • candidates
  • applications
  • application centers

which actually violates the ftc advertising guidelines, which violates the law. their title advertises this as free as well as promising all these features that don’t exist anymore.

This post is representative of Hyra.work, not Hyra.io, which is a different product to the one accessible on Hyra.io. They are now two separate things and the paid version, Hyra.io is a different product entirely.

The pricing for Hyra.io (not Hyra.work) is reassuring expensive for this market. This is because Hyra is the premium, and leading solution for staff management.

Our financial performance remains confidential. You will struggle to find software/make software like Hyra for $9.99/month. Experienced web developers are expensive.

While the ‘feed’ on Hyra.work is not available in Hyra.io, it is now a automatic homepage that keeps your group members up to date with all the information accessible on the feed in Hyra.work

Messages are sent via email in Hyra.io

The staff page is available in Hyra.io

These features are planned.

This is exactly why I don’t use sources like these, they have untrusted developers who can literally do anything to the website. Plus after awhile they make people pay which is quite stupid.

Better off to make your own website instead of using a random persons resource.

Plus they’re making you agree to a cookie thing.

“Hyra.work” is the same thing, it redirects to the same url etc, in my honest works, most people cant trust “reliable sources” like you and the team, beacuse the team always back hyra up whatever the situation. Please, listen to the community, fix your service and stop breaking the ftc advertising guidelines law.

If they’re just going to continue, ima just file a report about this breaking the law of FTS.

Hyra.work is a different service to Hyra.io. While they are operated by the same people, the Hyra.work service has different features that Hyra.io doesn’t aim to deliver.

Hyra.work still delivers the services available in this post. Hyra.io does not. As this post is about Hyra.work, and not Hyra.io it is not directly associated with the new service and a clear difference in the two products should be noted.

All advertising for Hyra.io (which this post is not about) is in full compliance, is clear and displayed on the Hyra.io website.

If you have specific questions for us, our team will be back on the 27th to help you. :slightly_smiling_face:

The only difference about Hyra.work is that it redirects you to Hyra.io

hyra.work redirects to the other site, hyra.io. I’ve checked out hyra.io, and to use the service you need to pay AU$15.95 a month. Since this service only offers paid services, you’re breaking the Developer Forum’s rules by advertising a paid service in community resources, which only allows for advertisement of free resources. The Cool Creations category is used for advertising paid products.

As you said that you’re advertising for the previous versions of hyra.work, you’re still advertising the URL for hyra.work which redirects to the paid service of hyra.io. Since you’ve responded to users talking about the redirect, it shows you’re still maintaining the advertised URL and know that this is happening, yet you still haven’t taken action. So therefore, you’re still breaking the rules of the Developer Forum.

Yet to mention is that the branding for hyra.work and hyra.io are the exact same, which implies you are advertising the beside paid service in addition to ‘hyra.work’ which apparently said by you, is a service not to be associated with the previous service, even though both the services have clear similarities.

These similarities consist of:

  • The Similar Brand Colours
  • The Brand Name
  • The Similar Brand Logos
  • The Similar Domain

Old Logo:

New Logo:

All these similarities imply that hyra.work is the same service as hyra.io, which stated by OP (quoted further above and below) are apparently 2 different services which have a “CLEAR DIFFERENCE” which they obviously DO NOT.
