I’ve been locked out of my account and I CANT get it back

  1. Hi, Im Legendary
    I just want to change my email or be able to get my account back. After it logged me out. I had many robux and all my development projects.

  2. So the issue is very complicated and weird. So let me explain:
    When I was changing my birthdate Roblox logged me off the account. And since I dont remember my password I tried to reset it. But no . . . No emails or sms verification worked (My account was not stolen!).
    When I tried to get help from devforum a Staff explained what happened to my account in the continuing image:

    My Phone Number was removed due to my account getting aged under 13 and my email was not supported by their self recovery system.

After that I tried to get contact with the Roblox Support. And wrote a detailed explanation about my account details (old and new) to prove owner ship.
They responded with a automated message in the continuing image:

When I responded the mail 2 more times showing that I own the devforum account they never responded back.

I do think if I can post from here about the issue then I show that I OWN this account.

Well if there is any staff that can ACTUALLY help me recover my account please reach out. Because there are no explanation on other Posts on devforum, only the same issue happening to others without fix.

I dont want to lose the devforum access and also lose the proof of account ownership

Im still not getting a message back from the gmail or devforum. I asked more people who had this issue claimed they couldnt fix it so. Roblox is not doing its job ngl

Well atleast please if you are seeing this make a comment or like the post. I still havent find a fix, not from other socials or the devforum

My account was hacked. Probably its 100% my fault on it. Just text the support on your mail address and try to prove that you own the account with your devforum account and a video of the mails
