The normals are flipped

Check face orientation to check the normals, blue is ok and red is flipped.
In Edit Mode, select all the vertices and press alt-n, then click Recalculate Outside.

Hello, I am still only a beginner to blender so I am confused on what to do. Can you please explain it in a simple term.

Look at the image to check face orientation
Go to edit mode (default is object mode, at the left) select the vertices that need to be flipped (red) with hovering with your mouse and pressing L, press alt-N and click Recalculate Outside.

on the model properties there smthn called like “double sided” smthn like that, click it maybe that should fix it?

Double sided was designed to be used for very thin items like leaves or paper.

If you use it on a 5000 tri Mesh then you’ve doubled its tris to 10000. Do it enough and you’ll affect your places performance.

Always fix the actual problem. Don’t just use a workaround that creates other issues.
