free, it’s pretty basic and don’t think you should bother selling it
I don’t think anybody would buy this, it is too easy to make as it looks like it was built entirely in studio
ya, i wasnt going to. I was just wondering what it would go for.
It certainly has that cartoonish theme but it doesn’t fit in with the terrain.

what you can do to improve it is add some sort of enterance 
and have like an area where theres a roof for the enterance and delete the windows and replace with doors in the inside

it looks very cool! I would suggest to add also grey bricks on the top part, due that it feels a bit weird to have a grey wall on the left and another at the right, but nothing at the top.
As other people said, i think you should add an entrance. I think this building must be free, except if there are gonna be floors inside of it, also, change the terrain to something more brighter / cartoony. Keep the good work!

It is very simple, I feel that it lacks some details, how could you improve the window you could put Textures on it,
beyond that the scrutiny seems great to me, I speak of the way which seems very modern to me, in general It is super great but you have to improve the materials
