I am trying to add someone to collaborate with someone in studio, but when I try to add her by her @ it infinitely loads. I think this is because her name is tagged, so I tried her display name and she still doesn’t show up. I would like some help with this issue ASAP, as it is holding me back from my game.

Have you tried simply writing the name?
I don’t really understand the problem
When I search her user, it loads infinitely; I even left it running for 2 hours. When I try her display other people show up.
Have you tried copying and pasting her username?
Maybe you’re spelling it wrong
I have tried that. I think it is because her username has ily in it which means “I love you”. This may be setting of Roblox’s content filter and not allowing me to add her?
I don’t actually know, if I’m not wrong there should be another way of adding her

Entering in inappropriate text will prevent users from being added. One way to fix this is to go through the list manually or add to TC using the internal API.
