I cannot access the "Home Page" tab of the Thumbnails page of the dashboard

It’s been already 10 days since I cannot access the page to edit thumbnails on our Care Bears game (the “Home Page” tab does not work, the “Experience Detail Page” tab works). We tried everything, deleted the cache, used different accounts, and different browsers. Nothing works. You can find a screenshot attached below, it loads infinitely.

Expected behavior

When properly loading, that tab should show the entire list of thumbnails uploaded for the home page recommendations.

Could you provide a screenshot of the developer console to see if we are getting any errors to help us better track down the issue?
