I cannot select flair and tag

I used to be able to choose flair or tag, but after I joined the Turkish Community Ambassador group, I couldn’t choose it. In addition, other Community ambassadors can choose the tag “… Community ambassador”. Why can’t I choose? Has this been removed or is it a bug? Thanks…

Problem Solution:

If you join groups that do not contain icons, the title and flair feature will not work.

Stages:

Join a group (with the icon) and check the “Preferences” tab again.

I also concluded that the Turkish Community Ambassador group does not have a title and flair option.
