Hi, I am wondering how I delete a thumbnail, for some reason
These two images will not load, so I tried to delete them any try again, but when I click
yes, nothing happens and it just stays there.

Configuring thumbnails from the website doesn’t work for me either, and I would assume this is the case for everyone. Using the Creator Dashboard, however, worked for me.
An orange colored pop up should appear which can redirect you there.
You can delete the thumbnail from there.
