I can't delete my thumbnails on game

Hey Developers I’ve been trying to delete an old thumbnail on my game it comes up with the X then the prompt

then I click yes and nothing happens, I’ve then pressed save and it’s still on the game. Any help?

Try to delete it using the new Creator Panel:
