I can't find out why animation wont play properly in game

Ok so I had this animation working completely fine. After closing out Roblox Studio for a few hours and coming back, I tested the animation and now only 1 of 4 arms goes back down. I did not change anything, no code was edited, the animations weren’t edited.

This is what the animation is supposed to look like.

This is how it comes out in game. All the arms are supposed to come back down after coming up, and only one of the arms does such a thing.

This is what the animation keyframes look like. Every bone that is animated has a keyframe for each frame, so I don’t believe that could be the issue.

I would appreciate any help. Thank you!

UPDATE:

After closing and reopening the game, the animation started working on the initial model that was in the game. I duplicated it and pasted two more around and now the initial model will play the animation fine, but the duplicated models will not. Below is an attachment to what I’m talking about.

UPDATE UPDATE:

Okay, after a lot of trial and error I found out the issues. I had join surfaces turned on, so anything being duplicated would become welded to the baseplate. For anyone with this problem, make sure there are no welds being added to your bones!!

Can you explain what join surfaces is and how it is turned off. Also how to turn off. Thanks appreciate the help.
