i wanted to try and get the new limited roblox item Sinister G.
If you didn’t know you should get it in the buy robux tab and it comes with the twenty dollars/euro package. but sadly i don’t have it
this is really strange because the other limited items that you could get by robux packages was there but this is just glitched out and i don’t know what to do
also all my alts have the option too and also my friends
i am starting to belive this is because i have premium but i don’t want to cancel the subscription.
I am also trying to get Sinister G. I do not have this promotional offer available to me. I have gone back with support multiple times and they just keep telling me my account is not eligible to get the offer but won’t tell me why. I assume they’re just replying with pre-made messages and have zero clue why I actually am unable to buy the robux bundle with the hat. It is very frustrating.
I also have premium and if this is actually what’s causing the issue this seems like an oversight on roblox’s part. Zero reason I should not be able to get this hat with the robux I’m purchasing, premium or not. My alts also have it available to them and they do not have premium. Not about to test out buying premium just to see if it goes away though.
Try copying the HTML for that part from you alt account and then pasting it in maybe? Not familiar with web dev so I’m not sure if the buttons are gonna link up to the JS functions and all of that.
I’ve gotten it the offer to show up on the robux page by switching from my alt to my main account but anytime I try and follow through I get redirected to the premium page.
I have 8 out 11 of the Sinister series hats and I’m trying to make it 9. Literally trying to give this company money and I can’t get a reason as to why this promotion offer is just randomly not available to a select few people’s accounts. Customer service is being awful but that’s expected. Also other premium users do have the offer so I guess it’s not premium causing this. Who knows we’ll probably never get an answer.
Yesterday I spent all my credits I had loaded onto my account to see if it would show up with I went to 0. It didn’t show up when I did that but checking back today it just randomly showed up so now I have the pumpkin. Not sure what changed but I would check your page again.
