hmm I don’t think I have any fix that you haven’t tried.

• Remove all roblox related files, such as C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Roblox and roblox temporary files
• Running roblox uninstall exe
• Uninstalling roblox through windows settings “Apps & features”

This should definitely work. If this doesn’t work, the next step would be restart PC and if that doesn’t work, check for viruses using malwarebytes

I already Run Roblox as Administrator, Restart My Laptop, Reinstall Roblox, Check for Windows Updates, Update My Graphics Drivers, sfc /scannow, Clean Boot, Clean Out Roblox Local Files

I have the exact same issue, this is most likely caused by a new Roblox update.
