Yep, google chrome sucks.
Have you disabled any adblockers or anti-tracking extensions?

No, I’ll try that next time. I kinda misworded the last post, I mean’t chrome sucks yes, but using a different browser worked.
Had this same issue, deleting cookies didn’t work. Turned out to be my adblocker. Chrome, Win10. So heads up, adblockers break ad running :>

How ironic that an extension which blocks ads also has a bug that stops you from running ads.
There’s something going on here!
