Above’s a screenshot of the Creator Dashboard where I try to upload a video to Roblox (it’s under 26 seconds and the limit is 30 seconds) it’s been loading forever and I’ve refreshed the page to retry quite a few times now.
Please help !
EDIT: After a few minutes of loading I have this message show up:

This same thing happened to me too. I had tried it twice on the website, and once from studio. It seemed to work from studio, but I got charged 3 times from the previous attempts.
What’s the video quality? As too high of video quality may not work with Roblox.
You probably need to contact Roblox support to get refunded
Maybe the file isn’t right, make sure it is a .mp4. Also it shouldn’t be too high quality.
I contacted support about this and they didn’t give me a refund
Was there any reason? If not you may need to keep at it and contact them until they do and ask for a reason why not.
