You may be using the wrong size format, did you check if it’s 585 x 559 pixels?
The file you sent is in 1920x1920 instead.
Otherwise it’s a upload failure, try to reload the website and it should function as usual, if not contact Roblox Support.

oh yes, of course it says: first picture: classic shirts selected third picture: upload failed, you used the template
Maybe the size or smth like that is wrong? Did you download directly from the website or did you get it from somewhere else? It could be cropped or smth

Try use a resize edit option in the app you used to customize this template, although it’d probably look blurry and quality will be worsened thus making it fail to be uploaded again.
In any case I suggest using an appropiate shirt template. (585 x 559 Pixels)
