I did not receive all of the items from my trade

I just completed this trade:

1122×890 146 KB

And I went to go put my newly aquired items for sale and I see this:

1190×839 190 KB

I got the Blizzard Beast Mode face #2403 and Silver Punk Face #111 and #886, but not #78. Is this just a weird delay or something I don’t about? I’ve never experienced this before.

Nevermind looks like I just can’t read! The second item it just regular Punk Face. Disregard this entirely.
