I don't have blender, or any 3d modeling apps, whats the next best thing?

I wish to make a proper fire department helmet! But do not want to hire anyone.

The main issue is, the 3d Model app I have isn’t designed for things of what I want. But I don’t have another options.

I tried on this app called Tinkercad, tried and tried but haven’t made it anywhere!
I want to make a helmet like this

What do you mean? Blender is used to model any kinds of things

I am waiting on the software to run blender, but looking for alternatives in the meantime!

No idea what ur talking about:joy::joy::sweat_smile:

What I’m saying is I don’t have the type of computer right now to run Blender, but I am looking for other apps or software I can use in the meantime.

If your computer can handle Roblox Studio, it can handle Blender.

i dont know if it works on chrome os tho. it only works on linux + mac + windows

I use Blender and Roblox Studio for macOS and it runs very well and smoothly, like all programs on the Mac actually.

There’s not a specific type of computer to handle blender, all kinds of computers or laptops are compatible to use blender:/ unless ur window 7

if your pc cant run blender then it cant run any similar bc my old mac is so bad, like its sierra model and it cant even run most games, but it can run blender. blender is not heavy if u cant run that you cant run any programs like blender bc there all heavy or most of em

Blender has always been seen to be a pain to me. The software I have can run it! But I’ve always put myself into the just do it yourself in studios mindset. Sounds dumb not to try but thank you.

If you can’t find an alternative, then Blender is your option. IF you don’t wanna use blender, then you cant make it.

I understand that. Its just my mindset has put me right back into studio! I’ll get to downloading blender whenever I can.

maybe u can try cinema 4d and autodesk?

That is completely false. My computer handles studio perfectly, but cannot handle blender because you need a graphics card to use blender.

Then turn down the graphics of blender?

(kind of ironic but eh) That also happens to be false because most GPUs come integrated into your CPU. They aren’t dedicated GPUs, they’re integrated ones and perform less than an actual GPU, but it should be able to open blender just fine. If your computer cannot open blender and run it right you got some issues of your own that your dealing with like version of OS or incorrect drivers. I was able to run blender on an incredibly old macbook and it worked just fine, same for an old 2000 laptop that shortly died after. (not due to blender, because of something I did to it months later)

Try 3D Builder by Microsoft. You can get it in the Microsoft Store if you are running Windows 8.x or 10.

No, it literally doesn’t let me open the program. When I try to open it it says I need a graphics card.
