Hello everyone
So the problem is that i filled the questionnaire of my game called"ragdoll and physic stuff" and now my game is for 17+ users only.after i took the questionnaire correctly it said 13+ but it also said that i cannot change a game age recommandation if the game recommandation is for 17+ users.I already made a post about this topic in wich somebody suggested me to get help from roblox but i made 4 attemps wich were all unsuccesful.Every answer were either not related or not helping.Do you know anything that could help me fix this?

Roblox specifically states that you CANNOT change it back from 17+, and there’s no “undo” button. I would say making a new place on the website would be your best option to revert it back to 17 and lower game setting, but this can be extremely inconvenient if you have a lot of audios, or giant audience of players.

Well, as far as I know you can’t change it again.
My advise is: Do not get help from Roblox Support for these. They don’t understand. Did you tried to talk with a Roblox Staff that has got a devforum account?

Go to “Summary” and then click “Messages”
And then, click “New”
This text will appear

Click the blue text. You’ll see the leader-ranked people. They are admins.
Maybe they aren’t super-helpful but atleast give it a try.
