I made my alt account the group owner to my own roblox group thinking that I had it logged into my computer and that I had my email verified apparently neither of those things are true and I’m locked out of my own roblox group I dont care about the alt account I just want access to my group again but roblox says it isnt enough proof when I give them all the proof I have (time of log in, log in device, log in browser, log in location) and I cannot remember the password for the life of me this new AI chat bot doesnt do anything and when you ask to talk to a real person I’m 98% sure it ISNT a real person I just want to regain access to my group even if it means terminating the alt that owns it
Expected behavior
I want to speak to a real roblox worker and not this auto generated bull crap
