I got 2000+ MAU (Monthly Active Users) 1 year and 1 month ago, and still didn't receive my precious crown of o's

I want to receive my gold and adurite crown of o’s.

  1. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!:
    All my friends developer got their crowns a week after they got 100+ mau, but for me it’s been 13 month, and i got nothing.

  2. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub? I tried messaging roblox dev awards email, they didn’t reply since june 2023. Also i tried messaging support, and they just gave me devawards email. In upset

Yeah, don’t hold out hope for them.
Despite Roblox’s claims, the program has basically been shut down. I don’t believe that the email associated with the awards is even monitored anymore.

I think this program is still working, because one of my friends got his crown yesterday
