I got included in the March 22/24 ban wave?

1: My target

i (HEnTYH666 on Roblox) want to appeal that my Roblox account got falsely banned on Roblox on March 22 for just a single day

2: Issue info & what is matter for me in this situation

–why i am interested in creating this topic

i think that i could possibly get an help from the Roblox Support here, since its been a 2 days without a reply on their official support email site ‘Roblox Support’,
and maybe i could get a ‘Roblox Presents’ made T-Shirt for ‘ban wave survival’ since i think i got i really falsely banned, or at least the ban info is made wrong.

i got falsely banned on Roblox as it seems to be, and want to get helped, here i got the screenshot of my ban screen:

i dont know how and why this ban happened bcs i was sleeping in this time. i saw it on 4AM in Moscow time, when i suddenly woke up. as i understand i got a ban for cheats, when i didnt cheat,
the included id provides one game where i have admin in, maybe the Flying command(adonis version) got counted as the cheat here? since i remember using it before i left to sleep.

another thing, on the moment of creating this post, 1 day ban of course already passed, but i still got questions about it.

3: What i tried

i have tried applying for the roblox support email, and they still did not answer me, while my friends who got banned for another same very wrong reasons got already answered and unbanned, i also tried to find related topics to my issue on devforum, internet videos, and in the socials, from the information i got, and it seems to be a ‘mega hunt ban wave’ happened there, nothing more found by me, and i also tried to wait for a few hours to get unbanned since my friends got appealed hours ago, and they had the same weird ban reasons.

4: Question

it seems like i got banned for:‘Cheats and exploits’ when i dont cheat on the platform, with included offensive item(for some reasons there is an offensive item) that was named 'Forever friends’ which is ‘Asset’, and its the game i am working on, since its named like that, this provided ID is a starter/root place of this game, and, i did not cheat anywhere, so im guessing i got banned for nothing after the hunt ban wave? is it even a real thing?

You mostlikely won’t get the shirt if your account wasn’t recently unbanned. You just need to be patient for Roblox Support to respond to you, creating multiplie tickets will delay their response and they can also take a week if they are busy

I kinda doubt it’s the banwave because you got banned because of a asset not because of being detected exploiting inside a game. My guess you did something completely unrelated or their moderation system just caught you at the wrong place wrong time. I guess you just need to wait for Roblox Support to respond

Also 2 days is basically nothing for Roblox Support honestly, i once needed to wait 2 weeks because their appeals team was busy due to holidays

they just always answered to me in about 5 hours before, and, my friends got unbanned and answered quite fast, thats why i am that curious

My guess is certain cases need to longer to be investigated. Like a asset case takes a bit more work than just writing something mean in chat

I forgot to reply sorry, but my guess that they are just busy at the moment. Maybe try submitting a new ticket if it doesn’t get resolved within a few days
