I got my ugc (avatar item creation) perms revoked, but i want to get it back but i cant

first of all, i got my avatar item creation revoked before because i uploaded heels, and the bot modaration got me banned and my perms revoked

when i tried using “Violations & Appeals” system, the heels wasnt on the page, so i had to contact roblox support about it. They restored the heels,

BUT i still couldnt upload accessories and clothes to the marketplace…

I’ve contacted roblox support about my avatar item creation being revoked, and all they anwser is

i told them i appealed every items that was on that page, and i still havent got my access back,

and since that they still havent responded to this day

my goal is to get my avatar item creation back, because roblox support isnt helping in now way

The other avatar accessory was way before may, so i got my perms restored before, but right nows i cant (test if its thumbnail flops or not LOL - Roblox)

I guess make a bug report about not getting avatar item perms back after the items were restored.

From what I hear… this is an example of moderation getting it wrong, the creator appealing, the items themselves being fixed, but the ability to make items in the first place not being restored. In my opinion, bots should not be allowed to revoke UGC Accessory permissions. Hope your issue gets fixed!

They shouldnt have modaration bots like that on the catalog!!! They r useless and ban the items that doesnt break the rules, but let thru the wildest items, and ur right about that bots shouldnt take ugc perms

My UGC perms were also just revoked too for uploading ears. I emailed the support trying to resolve this!
