I put a video and pictures to tell the person how to delete the topic, but the pictures and videos did not appear, and the person told me to post a topic from #forum-help:forum-bugs and I posted

I just took a look. Do you know if you copied these uploads from another draft?
We use secure uploads on the forums, and all but one of the uploads in your post thought they belong to another post id, so only people with access to that other post (or draft) would be able to see them.
I’ve updated them manually, but optionally clicking edit on your post and reuploading the images should fix the issue as well if you have this again!
