It honestly depends on moderation (who are mostly unreliable).
Roblox can take action against your game if you don’t moderate your own game properly, so the best way to prevent this is to have proper moderation in-place (in-game reporting systems etc.)

Yes.
Basically any breaking of the Roblox rules (inappropriate content) can get your game shut down. Even if someone else did it in your game.
I mean like others says, it depends on your game and the moderators.
I’d say if you were to make a game like this I’d make sure you have the proper moderation steps in place like how spray paint does it.

if the drawings are NOT replicated, then you should be fine. You should also be fine if you don’t save drawings
Yes, but all it takes is one person to take a screenshot of someone else’s inappropriate painting and report the place.
Do you recommend that OP takes the chance that the Roblox moderation bots won’t just delete the place and possibly their account based on the image?
