I copied a game called armored patrol from a testing version the owner made when I was looking through his profile 3 years ago. I received multiple threats from people and fanboys saying my account would be terminated despite the fact they could have just reported the game. I decided to make it private for the past 2 years for them to stop. Can I advertise this game? What are my rights with it? From what I’ve read if you agree to copy your game you allow it to be used.

Honestly, I don’t see why you would copy someones game. I’m pretty sure you can advertise the game though but since there another game already made that’s the same thing about it they will probably think its a knockoff. There are many copies/other versions of other games so I don’t think they can really do anything about you advertising your game.

I think this speaks for itself, if your getting threats dont do it 
A game that isn’t copylocked can be taken and republished, or have anything done to it as a copy holder desires. There is no grounds for termination or anything of the sort - Roblox is very clear that agreeing to uncopylock your game means anyone is free to do as they please with it.
The only thing you should be mindful of is infringing on someone else’s IP, using their logos or otherwise making a derivation that otherwise does not respect copyright or treat itself as a game that is not endorsed by the original uploader, since those fall out of Roblox’s bounds and step into copyright law. Obligatory IANAL so I’m not going to speak objectively here, it’s just what I’m accustomed towards.
To make it short and sweet: you won’t get moderated if the game was sourced genuinely from an uncopylocked place. You can do as you please with it.

Baseless threats. They didn’t know I had it from an uncopylocked version and had thought I used an exploit
