I have Custom Character with rigid body and some skinned meshes

I have designed a custom character for my game, and I need help from you on how to import it. I know the simple way of exporting character in FBX format and then importing in-game using Avatar Importer but here is a different case.

The custom character has separate parts like R15 character but it doesn’t have all same parts as in R15, also it has skinned mesh parts of hands and feet.

I do have some ideas but I want to get words from professionals first…
