I have seen mocap dancing import animations from adobe and i also wanna do that how can i do it?

Mocap animations got their animations from mixamo.com, which is basically free animations. Then from there, they would export the animation an .Fbx, then import it to a blender-roblox plugin/addon, that would convert that FBX into a ROBLOX animation.

Based off of my experiences, this fbx import thing from mixamo doesn’t seem to work with Blender 2.80, and only works for 2.79
