I just need all developer opinion about this Design, and also I need a lot of ideas from all of you.

I like the border of your design, it’s nice and has a consistent inconsistency, if you know what I mean 
if you don’t then it just means i like the consistency of abstract art in your design lol
If you’re going to copy/paste images from the web, I recommend finding transparent ones so that their background doesn’t interfere with the background of your design.
The fonts, on the other hand, are just too close together, and I can’t really understand what message you’re trying to get across with this design. Try using a smaller size font.
